SystemDefaultBackgroundColor
Important
This setting is deprecated in Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016, and should not be used. The default background color during OOBE is always dark. To align with this change, OEMs can no longer change the default screen background color during OOBE.
SystemDefaultBackgroundColor specifies the system default Windows background color scheme appearing on first boot, and on LogonUI if no user is selected.
