IOCTL_VIDEO_SET_CURSOR_ATTR IOCTL (ntddvdeo.h)
Sets the cursor size, position, and visibility. Miniport drivers for VGA-compatible adapters are required to support this request, which is modal. Support is optional for other miniport drivers.
