I am following https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/saas-apps/saml-toolkit-tutorial#assign-the-azure-ad-test-user, I have created Microsoft Entra SAML Toolkit as an Enterprise SAML SSO app and configured it. I have created the user B.Simon@rivmnl.onmicrosoft.com and made it a member of the app. I now want to register with that same user under https://samltoolkit.azurewebsites.net/ , but I get the following error message:
Similar topics I have found about this under learn.microsoft.com did not provide clear answers or confirmations of resolution.
Logging in with this user under that website results in the same error message. I have also setup the Reply URL and the Sign on URL, and have downloaded the Raw SAML certificate and viewed it.
How can I troubleshoot and resolve this registry error?

1.I have reset the Edge browser's cache and cookies, the error message persists.
2.I have tried two different browsers(Firefox/Edge), the error message persists. I have tried 3 different machines with internet connection, the error message persists.
3.I have configured the Reply URL https://samltoolkit.azurewebsites.net/SAML/Consume and the Sign on URL https://samltoolkit.azurewebsites.net/ correctly within the SAML SSO Entra Enterprise App.
4.The certificate matches the one uploaded under the SAML SSO Entra Enterprise App.
5.Which Entra ID permissions are required? The tutorial does not specify.
I noticed Fabio's reply under https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1839092/samltoolkit-registration-error saying that the error message is caused because of an internal server error happening under https://samltoolkit.azurewebsites.net/ itself. Is this correct? Does this mean that Microsoft has to resolve this generic error message?
When i try to register with my personal Microsoft account or another e-mail address, I get the same error message.
This topic may be closed, Microsoft told me that Microsoft Entra SAML Toolkit is getting deprecated, and I could use Claims X-Ray in the mean time instead:
