Work shift control for employees

I want to control my employees' access by not allowing them to access M365 resources on Android OS mobile devices. For example, they can only use it from 7 AM to 6 PM. Is this possible?

From your description, I know you are looking for a way to control your employees' access to M365 resources on Android OS mobile devices.

Unfortunately, based on my research, there is no relate feature in Intune in Conditional Access policy that can restrict users access Microsoft365 resources during 7AM-6PM , however, here is a workaround that you can refer to.

You can restrict users accessing Microsoft365 resources by the locations or Networks in Conditional Access policy, such as Network or Locations under Conditions, when users in office and using the company network, they can access Microsoft 365 resource. When they in other places and using personal network, they cannot access Microsoft365 resources.
