I have no idea what to do with this problem, i reinstalled Windows 3 times and then downloaded Windows 11, it helped maybe for few hours. After few hours it disappeared again and i cant find any information how to download this driver. I tried full reinstalling Nvidia drivers and still same thing. I have Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 with GTX 1650 if this can help.

    Hi,

About NVIDIA Platform Controllers and Framework case in Dell Precision family 7760 and 7560.

Check your BIOS performance settings. Intel Turbo Boost Maximum Technology 3.0 must be OFF.

I believe some previous BIOS version like 1.15.2 activated this setting.

I have disabled the value and now NVIDIA Platform Controllers and Framework status is OK in Device Manager.

I did remove the extra failed NVIDIA Platform Controllers and Framework from device manager after PC restart.

Dynamic Boost 2.0 is now back to value Yes if you open System Information link from in Nvidia Control Panel.

Dell Precision 7770 and 7670 BIOS settings the Intel Turbo Boost Maximum Technology 3.0 seems to be always OFF in all version by default.

You may have the same Intel Turbo Boost Maximum Technology 3.0 setting also in Lenovo BIOS settings.

    Hi defeated2813,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Completely remove the current Nvidia device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your laptop on the Lenovo website to download and install their recommended version of the Nvidia device driver.

On the assumption this is a branded PC you update both bios and all drivers from that maker

Usually there would be a shortcut on your system to that makers update utility.

You do NOT update from any other source including Device Manager
