We have a SharePoint 2013 server for our internet users which is using Claims-based authentication.
Now business wants to create an SSO with the authentication provided by other .Net application.
The user logged in to .Net application should be able to access Sharepoint, without logging in again.
Would it be possible to have the existing authentication and also have SSO authentication for the same site?
Note - the requirement to support both the authentications is because not all Sharepoint users have access to the .Net application. But all .Net application users can have access to Sharepoint

With Claims-based Authentication and Active Directory Federation Services in SharePoint 2013, users are provided with an single sign on capability allowing them to use the data and applications they need.
To configure single sign on for web application in SharePoint 2013, create the identity token issuer using the signing certificate, and upload the root certificate of the signing certificate used for the SharePoint server application, and configure Trusted Identity provider for your SharePoint server web application.
