Good Day Gentlemen, i have an issue with Sharepoint Online and honestly dont know how to troubleshoot this issue as i do not have enough experience with SPO. I am an IT Manager and took over the role of supporting our SPO environment. Initially i was shown how to setup a new site via our provisioning page. In the last 2 weeks following the steps i always have the last 2 sites have failed provisioning. Please see the attached pic. Can anyone help me understand what is going on and how to troubleshoot the issue please. From what i understand the provisioning tool creates new sites based on a template. Is there a way to manually create the site still using the same template?25449-provisioning-error.png

    Hi @Isaias Perez ,

What's your site template? Is that custom template?

You could create your site collection in the SharePoin admin center and choose custom template: https://tenant-admin.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/online/SiteCollections.aspx

    Like the below picture shows:

After you create the site, you could apply your template to that site.

hello, it looks like you use some custom tool for provisioning the sites. If it uses regular PnP templates then you may create new site manually (How to create modern Team or Communication site in Sharepoint) and then apply PnP template manually from PowerShell:

    Connect-PnPOnline -Url https://{tenant}.sharepoint.com/site/foo
    Apply-PnPProvisioningTemplate -Path c:/templates/template.xml

Here instead of https://{tenant}.sharepoint.com/site/foo use url of the site which you manually created and download PnP template for the site to c:/templates folder (or any other folder).
