Can I create a free subscription again

Yesterday I create a free subscription and all worked ok, this was the first day of the 30, but today I removed all my resources in Azure portal include the subscription 😬, when I try create a free subscription again and I can't.

Azure message: "You do not qualify for a free Azure account"

I tried with a different account and card.

pd: always with the same phone number in both account, and the card were different but mine.

If you’ve already used an Azure free account, you won’t be able to create another free account with the same credentials. The Azure free account offer is available only to new customers. However, you have some options:

• Pay-As-You-Go: You can switch to a pay-as-you-go subscription, which allows you to continue using Azure services and only pay for what you use beyond the free monthly amounts.
• Azure for Students: If you’re a student, you can sign up for the Azure for Students offer, which provides $100 in credit and free services without requiring a credit card.
• Wait for 12 Months: If you wait for 12 months after your initial free account, you might be eligible to sign up for another free account, but this is typically for students
