error con ventana de server manager del windows server 2019

tengo problemas con la siguiente ventana de server manager me sale este error alguien me puede incicar como resolverlo ?, se lo agradeceria.

Also I consider that you could try to create a new user account to log on. Then check if the issue still insists under the new user account.
