How can I allow a website which is not in the Websites for video playback redirection list so that it actually works with video playback redirection?

The page "Multimedia redirection for video playback and calls in a remote session" states that there is a list of websites that work with this feature. At "Advanced settings for video playback redirection" It also explains that it is possible to configure all sites that use video to be enabled for MMR. Later at "Allow or block video playback redirection for specific domains" says that using Intune or Group Policy you can set specific domains to be allowed or blocked. My question is: Can I set as allowed a domain which is not listed in the "Websites for video playback redirection list" ?
