    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Click your Start Button, then just type cmd an on the resulting list, right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'.

    Paste this into Command Prompt and press Enter

    REG ADD "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\SaRA" /v "SaraInstalled" /t REG_SZ /d "0" /f

    Restart your PC and then check if you can run that tool
