Hola Raul, en términos generales este tipo error puede deberse a varias causas, como una versión desactualizada de macOS o de Office, un conflicto con algún complemento. Otro factor es la acumulación de temporales y caché de todo el sistema y sus aplicaciones abiertas, esto es muy común en usuarios Mac que nunca, nunca apagan su dispositivo, o simplemente lo suspendenden continuamente. Lo mejor que puede hacer es reinstalar desde 0 Office, pero primero que todo debe cerrar todos, absolutamente todos los aplicativos abiertos y desmarque la opción de Volver a abrir programas/ventanas al iniciar sesión de nuevo; después de esto siga estos pasos para desinstalar por completo Office, Desinstalar Office para Mac. Una vez desinstalado, re instale Office y activa el producto con su cuenta de correo de Office 365 o su respectiva clave de producto, cualquiera que sea su caso.

Vale, justo lo que me temía que sucediera. Bueno, teniendo en cuenta que se trata de un dispositivo M1, tipo casi prototipo, no hay muchas opciones porque básicamente es un procesador de dispositivos móviles y su arquitectura cambia a ARM y, como cambia esto, también lo debe hacer el desarrollo, en este caso de Office. Adaptar aplicaciones, en especial para Mac, no es sencillo y más cuando la compañía es poco colaborativa, lo mismo sucede con algunos aplicativos de diseño en este tipo de procesadores. Pero basta de verborrea, la solución me temo que no hay más de otra que hacer una instalación limpia del sistema opeartivo por completo y actualización de sus últimas versiones, luego de todo esto instalar Microsoft 365 desde el sitio web oficial.
