Artificial intelligence (ai) host for the microsoft windows operating system and platform x64 has stopped working

Is anyone else experiencing this error? We are running approximately 200 machines in Amazon workspaces; about 40 percent of them suddenly get this error when the user starts to type in Outlook.

OS version Windows Server 2016 Data Center (according to Windows update, all updates are installed)

Office Version 16.0.16731.20170

Any help is appreciated. Right now the only way to get rid of this error seems to be to delete ai.dll, ai.exe and aitrx.dll, but it looks like after a few days these files get reinstalled.

    Saludos Merrick_23 ya que consultas en el foro en español, te respondo en español, si lo prefieres de otra forma comentalo; Ahora regresando al problema, esto esta fuera de la comunidad, ya que nos enfocamos a los productos y servicios Microsoft a nivel domestico, y en este caso tendrias que por un lado consultar con AWS y posiblemente tambein en Technet foros (microsoft.com) puedan darte alguna idea
