Thank you for your post to the Forum.
Canceling your Office 365 free trial is pretty straightforward. Here's how you can do it:
- Go to the Microsoft Account Services page: https://account.microsoft.com/services
Sign in with the account you used to start the trial.
Under Microsoft 365, click Manage.
- Select Cancel subscription or **Turn off recurring billing :**this ensures you won’t be charged when the trial ends.
Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.
What Happens Next
You’ll still have access to Microsoft 365 until the trial period ends.
After that, your account will revert to the free version unless you choose to subscribe.
