no puedo activar mi office 365

hola, ya ejecuté la instalación

pero cuando abro word, me sigue apareciendo inactivas algunas ventanas

y no sé qué otro paso debo seguir.

no me aparece la opción de activar licencia cuando abro el word

If you're having an Office 365 subscription active, use the uninstaller troubleshooter below to remove all the previous traces of Office applications.

https://aka.ms/SaRA-officeUninstallFromPC

This will open the Get Help app on your PC, click Yes and follow the prompts to uninstall all the previous traces of Office applications.

You can then install Office 365 applications from your Microsoft account.

Go to https://www.office.com/ and sign in with your Microsoft account that has an Office subscription.

Download and install the apps.
