Cambiar suscripción Microsoft 365 personal a Microsoft 365 familiar

Buenos días, compramos Microsoft 365 personal y está instalado en un Mac, queremos cambiar a Microsoft 365 familiar para instalarlo también en un PC. Una vez hecho el cambio ¿habría algún problema para poder instalarlo en el Mac y en el PC?

Las suscripciones Personal y Familiar de Microsoft 365 son compatibles con una PC con Windows y una computadora Mac, puedes instalar Office en hasta 5 dispositivos en los que inicies sesión con tu cuenta Microsoft al mismo tiempo, si cambias tu suscripción a la suscripción Familiar, tampoco habrá problemas para instalar Office tanto en la PC como en la Mac y puedes tener hasta 5 usuarios iniciando sesión en Office con sus propias cuentas Microsoft.

You can upgrade from a Personal to a Family subscription by purchasing the Family plan using the same Microsoft account associated with your current subscription. Once upgraded, the remaining days on your Personal subscription will be converted and added to the Family plan.

To upgrade:

1. Visit account.microsoft.com/services and sign in.
2. Purchase the Microsoft 365 Family subscription.
3. Your account will automatically reflect the new plan, and you can begin sharing it with up to five other people.

Microsoft 365 Family supports installation on multiple devices, including both Mac and PC. Each person included in the Family plan can install Office apps on up to five devices simultaneously. This means you can install and use the apps on your Mac and PC without any conflict or limitation

Note:

• If your Personal subscription was purchased via the App Store (iOS), you may need to cancel it through your device settings before switching.
• Your OneDrive data and Office settings will remain intact during the transition.
