Problema con windows

Hola buenas, tengo un problema muy complicado, tengo una Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15AMN7, a la cual le dejo de andar la búsqueda por indexación, luego el windows update y ahora por alguna razón tampoco anda las ventanas de configuración, la abro y se cierra. En el windows update también no pude acceder a la opción de recuperación, ya que cuando intentaba usarla ya sea manteniendo archivos o reestableciendo la computadora de fábrica ya que dice que no se logro iniciar el entorno de recuperación, no se que hacer. La computadora tiene la ultima actualización de windows hasta la fecha.

If doing a Reset this PC does not work, you may need to consider performing a Clean Install of Windows 11. Download the Media Creation tool (Click Download tool now). Use the tool to "Create installation media (USB flash drive at least 8GB in size) to install Windows 11". Instructions inside the link.

Note: Please make sure to uncheck the "Use the recommended options for this PC" box. Please check the link below for more details.

Insert the USB Installation media into your computer. Please change the boot order in the Bios Settings. Boot your PC from the Installation Media you created.

Note: It's always a good practice to backup your important files first before performing a Windows upgrade or reinstallation.
