Hi, I'm Bernard, a fellow Windows user. I'm happy to help!
As per checking and analyzing the DMP files you have, there are errors with rt640x64.sys, which is your Realtek Network driver, causing the issue. To sort out the issue, kindly follow the steps below:
Method 1. Roll back the LAN/Wi-Fi driver.
-Press the Windows key + X
-Go to Device Manager
-Expand the Network Adapters
-Look for the Realtek LAN/Wi-Fi driver
-Right-click and click Update Driver
-Select Browse my computer for drivers
-Click Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
-Choose an old driver or other name, then select it and hit next until it installs.
Note: If the issue persists, please download and install a LAN/Wi-Fi driver from your manufacturer's website, and or update the BIOS with the help of the PC manufacturer.
Additional note: If the issue persists, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device for any hardware-related issues.
Let me know how it goes, and I hope that helps.
