Me dirijo a ustedes para solicitar asistencia con la activación de la extensión de actualizaciones de seguridad (ESU) para Windows 10. Según la información disponible, esta opción puede activarse utilizando 1.000 puntos de Microsoft Rewards. Sin embargo, a pesar de tener instalada la última actualización y cumplir los requisitos, dicha opción aún no aparece en la sección de actualizaciones de mi sistema.

Dado que la fecha límite para completar este proceso es el 14 de octubre, agradecería mucho su ayuda para resolver esta situación a tiempo.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. The rollout for ESU is still ongoing which means that it will not yet be available to everyone but hopefully it will arrive the soonest.
