Hi there!
Based on your description, it is possible that the problem is with your ISP or internet provider which is blocking online game servers. It is also possible that you have an Anti-virus software blocking it or also check if you are using VPN which sometimes causes an issue connecting.
What I suggest is to try using a different internet connection such as a mobile hotspot sharing to test whether you'll be able to connect to a game server. If it works, then do the following next but make sure you switch back to your main internet connection:
- Open command prompt in Administrator mode.
- Paste the following command:
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /flushdns
You can also try changing your DNS if the above still doesn't work. You can do so by:
Go to Settings (press windows key and search settings) → Network & Internet (or just right click on your wifi or internet icon on the system tray)
- Click Wi-Fi or Ethernet → Hardware Properties
Set DNS to Manual
IPv4:
Primary: 8.8.8.8
Secondary: 8.8.4.4
Once done, restart your PC.
I suggest to try the above first and if it still doesn't work then just post back here and we fellow members will try our best to help.
