    Hello Sebastian,

I understand your frustration with this account lock situation. The issue you're experiencing with merging aliases and deleting the old domain is a complex account recovery scenario. Let me help you with the solutions:

Solution 1: Use the Account Recovery Form

Since you have access to your 2FA methods and the unique recovery code:

    1. Go to https://account.live.com/acsr
    2. Select "I forgot my password"
    3. Enter the email address associated with your Xbox account
    4. When asked for verification:
      • Use your Microsoft Authenticator app if available
      • Or use the unique recovery code that you mentioned having
    5. Explain in detail:
      • That you deleted an alias approximately one month ago
      • The deleted alias was associated with an old domain
      • You have access to both 2FA methods
      • Provide any additional account details (contacts, folders, dates)

Solution 2: Contact Microsoft Support Directly

Since you've already tried multiple channels, try the live chat option which is faster:

    1. Go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus
    2. Select "Account & Billing" > "I can't sign in"
    3. Use the "Chat" option (faster than phone)
    4. Explicitly mention:
      • You have the unique recovery code
      • You have access to your 2FA methods
      • The account was locked after deleting an alias

    Solution 3: Twitter/Social Media Support

    Sometimes faster response:

    • Tweet @MicrosoftHelps on Twitter
    • Explain briefly your situation
    • They may escalate your case faster

    Important: What NOT to do

    • Don't create a new account with the same email
    • Don't try to recover using the deleted alias
    • Don't wait too long as account locks can become permanent

    Question for you:

Do you still have access to the email address that's currently associated with your Xbox account? And when you try to sign in, what exact error message does Microsoft show you?

This information will help me guide you more precisely.

    ¡Saludos!
