Eliminar correo de verificación QUE NO ES MÍO.

Hola buenas, primeramente agradezco que se tomen el tiempo de leer y responder este mensaje.

Hablando del problema, durante la jornada de ayer 09-01-26, intente iniciar sesión y me salía el error 400, a lo cual apele y desbloquee la cuenta, lo cual me parecía extraño ya que esta cuenta tiene muchos años y nunca había presentado problemas.

Revisando los correos, me fijé que tengo un correo de verificación que no es el mío, y hubo un inicio de sesión el día 02-01-26 desde Rusia, ahora que he intentado quitar ese correo de verificación, colocar diversos métodos de seguridad como PIN, número de respaldo y demás, me pide que espere hasta el 09-02-26, ósea aproximadamente 1 mes, pero eso significa que no puedo cambiar la contraseña o algo del estilo para intentar cerrarle la sesión a esta persona que esta desde Rusia.

Cuando intento que el equipo Microsoft me envié algún código para decir que es actividad inusual, debería llegar algún correo a mi dirección actual, ya que yo niego totalmente al correo de recuperación donde este no es mío, pero nunca llega el correo ni el código a mi teléfono ni nada del estilo.

Aún puedo iniciar sesión, ya que logré desbloquear la cuenta del error 400, pero aún esta el correo de verificación y me asusta que alguien intenté cambiar la contraseña.

Based on your description, your Microsoft account was compromised. The hacker was able to remove the account's primary email address/security info and replace it with their own email address.

Since you were able to request a security info change, I'm afraid your only option is to wait for the 30-day restriction state to complete; but, since the hacker has their email added to your account, having them in full control over your account, they can simply cancel your security info change request.

If this happens, you will need to try requesting again, and hopefully, the hacker will not notice.

Unfortunately, it is also not possible to bypass the 30-day restriction state.

However, if the 30-day restriction state is complete, you will be able to remove the hacker's security info email using your newly added security info and regain complete control over your account.
