Como puedo solucionar un impago de factura, cundo no aprece en el area de facturas

Una antigua empleada era directora de facturación, fue despedida y reorganizada la empresa, pero se tuvo que dejar alguna factura pendiente, aunque diga saldo 00,0, por que no nos permite crear nueva cuenta de facturación a mi nombre, ni usar casi ningún servicio de Azure.
