Outlook mailbox still full after storage upgrade (urgent)

Hello,

I upgraded my Microsoft storage plan and it is already correctly reflected in OneDrive. However, my Outlook mailbox still shows as full and I cannot send or receive emails.

It has been 4 days since the upgrade. I have already deleted emails, cleared deleted items and junk folders, and logged out/in multiple times.

I also tried contacting support, but I keep getting the message “we aren’t able to serve you at the moment.”

This is very frustrating since I am paying for the service and cannot use my email.

Could a moderator please escalate this issue or help refresh my mailbox storage?

    The issue where Outlook continues to report that your mailbox is full even after you have upgraded your storage is a known, ongoing problem. This issue has already been reported, and Microsoft is currently working on a fix. The problem is expected to be resolved within 24 hours.
