Valor de propiedad

Int64

Número de bytes de los datos enviados al recurso de Internet. El valor predeterminado es -1, que indica que no se estableció el valor de la propiedad y no hay datos de solicitud para enviar.

InvalidOperationException

La solicitud se ha iniciado mediante la llamada al método GetRequestStream(), BeginGetRequestStream(AsyncCallback, Object), GetResponse() o BeginGetResponse(AsyncCallback, Object).

ArgumentOutOfRangeException

El nuevo valor de ContentLength es menor que 0.

Comentarios

La ContentLength propiedad contiene el valor que se va a enviar como Content-length encabezado HTTP con la solicitud.

Cualquier valor distinto de -1 de la ContentLength propiedad indica que la solicitud carga datos y que solo se permiten establecer los métodos que cargan datos en la Method propiedad .

Una vez establecida la ContentLength propiedad en un valor, ese número de bytes se debe escribir en la secuencia de solicitud que se devuelve llamando al GetRequestStream método o a los BeginGetRequestStream métodos y EndGetRequestStream .

Nota

El valor de esta propiedad se almacena en WebHeaderCollection. Si se establece WebHeaderCollection, se pierde el valor de propiedad.
