Comentarios
El FormView control genera el ItemUpdating evento cuando se hace clic en un botón Actualizar (un botón con su CommandName propiedad establecida en "Actualizar") dentro del control, pero antes de que el FormView control actualice el registro. Esto le permite proporcionar un método de control de eventos que realiza una rutina personalizada, como codificación HTML o validación de los valores de un registro antes de actualizarlo en el origen de datos, siempre que se produzca este evento.
Un FormViewUpdateEventArgs objeto se pasa al método de control de eventos, lo que permite determinar el valor de un argumento de comando opcional enviado al FormView control e indicar si se debe cancelar la operación de actualización. Para determinar el valor del argumento command, use la CommandArgument propiedad . Para cancelar la operación de actualización, establezca la Cancel propiedad trueen . Si necesita tener acceso a los valores del campo de clave original para el registro que se está actualizando, use la Keys propiedad .
