Reads the key identifier clause using specified XML reader. Called by the base class.

Remarks

Classes that derive from the SecurityTokenSerializer class must override the ReadKeyIdentifierClauseCore(XmlReader) method. The ReadKeyIdentifierClause(XmlReader) method calls the ReadKeyIdentifierClauseCore(XmlReader) method.
