Prerequisites

You will need the following to proceed:

• A Microsoft Power Apps or Power Automate plan with custom connector feature
• A tegolySIGN Enterprise plan with PowerAutomate package

How to get credentials

• Download the app tegolySIGN from the Microsoft AppSource
• Open Microsoft Teams and then tegolySIGN
• Now sign up for a tegolySIGN Enterprise subscription and select the PowerAutomate package After you signed up for a tegolySIGN Enterprise subscription with the PowerAutomate package you are ready to set up your connectors.

Get started with your connector

Import PDF documents into tegolySIGN that need to be signed and export those documents after they have been signed.

Setup your first flow to import PDF documents to tegolySIGN from SharePoint

• Choose SharePoint and select "When a file is created (properties only)"
• Add a new step and choose SharePoint "Get file content"
• Set "File Identifier" to ID
• Add a new step and choose tegolySIGN "Import a file to tegolySIGN"
• Connect it with an active account of tegolySIGN
• Set the body to SharePoint "Body" and file to "Name" With this flow a document will be imported to tegolySIGN when a new file is created in the specified folder. You will recieve a Bot notification every time a new document has been imported.

Export documents that have been signed completely

• To export documents that have been signed choose the trigger "When a document is completely signed" from tegolySIGN
• Add a new action e.g. SharePoint "Create file"
• Add the "Site Address" and "Folder Path"
• For the "File Name" you can select the name of the PDF document by choosing "name"
• Set the "File Content" to "document"
• You also have the option to save a certificate for the signed document. This is also a PDF document where you can find all the relevant infomration about your signed document

Common errors and remedies

Staus Code 400

• The input to the connector was not correct. Checl if the file is an actual PDF document

Status Code 401

• Unauthorized access. Check if the connection is an active user in tegolySIGN

Creating a connection

The connector supports the following authentication types:
