PKCS1MaskGenerationMethod.HashName Property

Gets or sets the name of the hash algorithm type to use for generating the mask.

If no hash algorithm is specified, SHA1 is used by default.
Due to collision problems with SHA1, Microsoft recommends a security model based on SHA256 or better.
