Removes the specified TextEffect object from the collection.

true if value was removed fro the collection; otherwise, false.

Remarks

The objects that follow the removed object are shifted to occupy the vacated position, and their index values are updated. If value is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic), the first null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) entry is removed. Note that removing a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) entry is linear in the size of the collection.
