IISDB_CDT::GetTableDescriptorByIndex method
Returns a specified logo transmission descriptor from an Integrated Services Digital Broadcasting (ISDB) common data table (CDT).

dwIndex [in]
Specifies which descriptor to retrieve, indexed from zero. Call the IISDB_CDT::GetCountOfTableDescriptors method to get the number of table descriptors.ppDescriptor [out]
Receives a pointer to the IGenericDescriptor interface implemented by the descriptor. The caller must release the interface.
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
