Good fps but crazy input lag

My pc:

GTX 1660

Ryzen 5 5600x

Asus ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING

Corsair 16GB (2 x 8GB) Vengeance LPX, DDR4 3600MHz, CL18, 1.35V

Corsair 650W TX650M

16gt RAM

Devices:

Apex pro

Logitech g pro wireless superlight

XV270P 27" 165Hz connected with DP

What I've tried and didn't help:

-Replaced every component in my computer (but psu)

-Windows reinstallation

-Bought a new mouse

-Updated gpu drivers

-Switched to my old gpu which didn't have this input lag problem

-Certain settings in nvidia control panel and power supply things, fast startup etc.

It seems to me that after the pc has been shut down for a long time (the night for example), the lag isn't than crazy, but still noticeable. As the day progresses, the input lag gets worse.

Things that have got it working for a while but then continued to lag:

-Updated ryzen chipset and then it worked for a while

-The first time that I reinstalled windows it worked for a while

The input delay is not only noticeable in games, but also on my desktop, so my game's settings shouldn't be affecting it.

I don't remember doing anything significant that could've affected the performance of my computer negatively

I also did these commands someone suggested me, no help.

sfc /scannow
dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
DISM /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup /resetbase
DISM /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
SFC /scannow

Hi and thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, nothing to worry I am here to help since you have done all the basic steps to fix the issue, If none will work from the solution you have done, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

Note: Before doing this make sure to create a restore point: https://support.microsoft.com/en-hk/help/402753...

    4. On the What do you want to do? page, select Upgrade this PC now and then select Next.
    5. After downloading and installing, it should fix the issue.
