Hi there,
I'm Cherrelyn, and I'm here to help.
To fix this, you’ll need to update your PTR (reverse DNS) record and match your server’s hostname with the domain you send emails from. This helps email servers verify your identity and reduces the chance of being marked as spam. Contact your hosting or IP provider: Only they can change your PTR record. Ask them to set it to your email domain like mail.yourdomain.com. Update your server hostname: Change your mail server’s hostname to match the new PTR value also mail.yourdomain.com.
Once both match, mail servers will trust your domain more, and your emails are less likely to be flagged.
I hope this helps, and if you have any questions, feel free to reply to this post.
Warm regards,
Cherrelyn
