Obtient ou définit une valeur indiquant si l'élément est verrouillé.

Valeur de propriété

Boolean

true si l'élément est verrouillé ; sinon, false. La valeur par défaut est false.

Exceptions

ConfigurationErrorsException

L'élément a déjà été verrouillé à un niveau de configuration supérieur.
