AuthenticablePrincipal.IsAccountLockedOut Method

Returns a Boolean value that specifies whether the account is currently locked out.

It is possible that an account may not be locked out when the AccountLockoutTime returns a non-null value. This method computes the correct store-specific lockout value to determine whether the account is locked out.
