I have a little problem with my corporate office account, when i use outlook on windows it doesn't want to register my 365 subscription so i have to use the free outlook version with ads and limited option (not able to creat rule, auto emailing, ...) but this appear only for outlook. Everthing else work fine and appear as subscribed (word excel...) i can launch the office 365 copilot etc... (even my visio licence work)Weird thing is my mails work fine (we use gmail, but our corporate email are linked to gmail and microsoft). But when i go to the webapp (with the same mail account) nothing work i can't send or receive mail, but the outlook webmail account appear as a paid version ( i can set rule, i don t have ads etc.)
The only difference i see is :
on the windows app the gmail image appear below my corporate account and on the web app, the microsoft logo appear (the email is still the same)
I tired to :
-remove the email and add it again
-clic on add office subscription (but an error message appear stating i can t add corporate account)
-delet the SSO_POP_Device in Windows identification information and login again
-uninstal / reinstal outlook
My IT team doesn t really know where to look for as i asked them a few time and we are still looking why it doesn t work.
So i try my luck here if anyone know what happens or have an idea to make some test
