Hello,
I have a little problem with my corporate office account, when i use outlook on windows it doesn't want to register my 365 subscription so i have to use the free outlook version with ads and limited option (not able to creat rule, auto emailing, ...) but this appear only for outlook. Everthing else work fine and appear as subscribed (word excel...) i can launch the office 365 copilot etc... (even my visio licence work)Weird thing is my mails work fine (we use gmail, but our corporate email are linked to gmail and microsoft). But when i go to the webapp (with the same mail account) nothing work i can't send or receive mail, but the outlook webmail account appear as a paid version ( i can set rule, i don t have ads etc.)
The only difference i see is :
on the windows app the gmail image appear below my corporate account and on the web app, the microsoft logo appear (the email is still the same)
I tired to :
-remove the email and add it again
-clic on add office subscription (but an error message appear stating i can t add corporate account)
-delet the SSO_POP_Device in Windows identification information and login again
-uninstal / reinstal outlook
My IT team doesn t really know where to look for as i asked them a few time and we are still looking why it doesn t work.
So i try my luck here if anyone know what happens or have an idea to make some test

Make sure that your office application is indeed an application that is an integral part of your Office 365 subscription. Indeed, it may happen that a user uses another Outlook application independently of the paid Office 365; in this case, you must therefore properly uninstall your Outlook office application. Otherwise, if it is your web application that you use in a browser - Outlook under Edge for example - you must properly uninstall Office 365 that you have subscribed to, and reinstall it properly by accepting all the instructions recommended by Microsoft in the installation wizard. In any case, avoid having two of the same application on your device.

Concernant l'installation / désinstallation je passe par l'outil copilot 365 (les exe étant bloqués sur ma session) donc logiquement c'est la version payante.
Je vais cependant voir avec le service info si une version gratuite n'est pas installé sur la session admin pouvant potentiellement rentré en conflit avec ma version.
Je reviens vers vous lorsque j'ai pu effectuer le test.

Alors à la suite d'une réinstallation au propre sur les deux sessions, lorsque j'utilise outlook(classic) j'ai bien accès aux fonctionnalités payantes de 365 mais si j'enclenche le switch pour "Nouvelle version d'outlook" je passe sur la new version mais le compte passe en gratuit et impossible de link mon compte 365 dessus ça me met un message d’erreur ("impossible d'ajouter un compte pro")
La version navigateur web est toujours dans les choux elle n'actualise pas mes mail, pas l'agenda mais que l'annuaire de ma société pour les contacts (d’ailleurs sur les deux autres versions l'annuaire n'est pas synchro).
If you are forced to go through copilot to install one or more applications (.exe files) on your Windows session, it is because the problem upstream comes first from your Windows session. If you are an employee of a company, all operating requests can be handled by your administrator. Be aware that an application version never installs itself. I know the exe installation are locked on my session i had to go through the admin session with the IT team to uninstall both outlook and re instal them again.
But i still dont understand why the new version doesnt appear as paid when the classic one work fine. I only check the box on the top right corner to change version :
At least atm, i have the classic version working fine so if i want to creat rule or auto answer i can.
About the web version clearing cache doesn t work i tried it 2-3 time, but honestly its fine i don t plan to use it anyways.
You indicate that you do not have administrator rights to install applications or even modify your system settings. You mention having uninstalled two Outlook applications. So you had Outlook twice. And your Office 365, have you requested its repair/reinstallation from your IT department? Did you use the correct account with which a subscription was activated? Does your classic version correspond to Office 365 with subscription? Regarding the web version, to use your own words, what are you talking about? Outlook or your browser, be more specific, so that I can help you more effectively! Initially, you mentioned that your incident request is based on two applications: Office 365 - Outlook included locally - and Outlook, another independent application installed. You indicated that you cannot use your Microsoft Outlook account in your browser in the paid version. Is it another Microsoft account, without a subscription in this case? OK I will try to be more precise.
I have a corporate email address linked to all my account: gmail, Microsoft, etc. (******@XXXXX.com)
On my Microsoft account I have an office 365 subscription active.
At first all my office app (word / excel / etc…) were considered active and under subscription outside of Outlook, so my initial question was: Why my outlook doesn’t recognise my subscription when all the others app work fine?
You advised me to check if I have a multiple instance of outlook installed which was the case as I had outlook classic + the new outlook. I uninstalled everything (with the admin session) and installed only outlook classic. Now outlook classic work fine and recognise my subscription. But when I switch to the new outlook (by ticking the little box in the top right corner of Outlook classic) I have the new outlook interface, but my subscription isn’t recognised, I have ads and can’t create auto answers. (If I un-tick the little box, it switch back to the old interface and it recognise my office365 sub.)
So, the new question would be: Why my subscription isn’t recognise on the new outlook while it works on classic?
But honestly, even if its not perfect at least now I’m able to do rules, auto answer etc. through outlook classic.
About the web app is another problem, it’s not a big deal if it doesn’t work as I don t use it, but I only wanted to mention it as I don’t understand why it doesn’t work.
When I click on the copilot365 – application – outlook, it opens me the web version of outlook (where I’m still logged with my company email/Microsoft account) but I can’t receive any email and it doesn’t synchronise my past email or my sorting folder, but I can send email, and this version can see my co-worker email list. It look like the new outlook version and with the paid feature (for example I don’t have any ads in it, and can set rule)
To summarise now I have:
Nota: I don’t have two instances of Outlook installed; it’s the classic version that I switch not 2 distinct version like I had at first.
With my co-worker address directory (“annuaire”) It’s a little tricky to test now as I imported all my co-workers address as contact…
About the installation from the admin session, they install the software on the admin session then i login when i use my own session.
