Bonjour,

Je vous sollicite pour un problème de mise à jour sur mon PC. Après avoir parcouru plusieurs sujets sur la question et testé plusieurs correctifs, je n'arrive pas à résoudre mon problème.

Depuis une semaine environ, je n'arrive pas à faire une recherche de mise à jour Windows. La recherche se lance mais n'aboutit jamais sans message d'erreur affiché.

J'ai déjà exécuté l'utilitaire WindowsUpdateDiagnostic qui m'a retourné l'erreur: 0x80070057

J'ai également passé plusieurs KB de réparation manuellement: KB3138612 KB947821 KB3135445

Et des fixit: MicrosoftFixit50123 MicrosoftFixit50719

J'ai fait un sfc /scannow: aucun problème

J'ai arrêté le service, purgé le dossier d'installation de Windows Update, remis les dll via regedit. J'ai démarré en mode selectif aussi.

Mais au final sans succès.

Dans le fichier de log windowsupdate.log voilà ce que j'obtiens à partir du moment où je lance une recherche manuelle de mise à jour:

Bonjour,

C'est un problème récurrent certainement dû au mauvais fonctionnement des serveurs de Windows Update.

Vérifie l'intégrité des enregistrements sur le disque

  • cliquer-droite sur l'icône de la partition système
  • choisir Propriétés
  • sélectionner l'onglet Outils
  • cliquer sur Vérifier maintenant
  • cocher les 2 cases
  • cliquer sur Démarrer
  • cliquer sur Planifier la vérification du disque
  • cliquer sur OK
  • redémarrer le PC (la vérification est lancée automatiquement)

Nettoie le système avec ZHPCleaner

Télécharge et exécute l’outil d’analyse de l’installation conforme des mises à jour du système

Applique ce Fix it

Si elle n'est pas installée, installe la mise à jour KB3102810 après l'avoir téléchargée par le Catalogue Microsoft Update

Ouvre le dossier

C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download

Supprime la totalité des dossiers et fichiers contenus dans ce dossier.

Règle les paramètres de Windows Update de façon à pouvoir limiter les mises à jour téléchargées, puis installées.

Redémarre et teste Windows Update.

Redémarre souvent le PC lorsque les mises à jour se lancent.

Sois patient. Je compte une journée par système.

    Applique les paramètres que j'ai indiqués.

    Cela te permettra de maîtriser l'installation des mises à jour.

    Alors comme par hasard je me décide à poster mon problème et celui-ci s'est résolu tout seul!

    Windows Update a fini par me trouver les mises à jour et à me les installer. J'avais lancé la recherche à 16h19 et en revenant sur mon ordi à 19h30 j'ai constaté avec joie que les mises à jour étaient là.

    Ce qui est surprenant c'est que le problème persistait depuis le weekend dernier (je n'allume pas le poste en semaine). Et donc déjà le weekend dernier c'était bloqué et en l'allumant vendredi soir, ce n'était pas mieux. Et j'y ai passé tout le weekend.

    Enfin bref, j'espère que le problème ne se reproduira pas.
