Depuis quelques semaines, je n'arrive plus à insérer automatiquement des apostrophes courbes et des guillemets français dans mes documents, même si l'option de mise en forme automatique est sélectionnée :

Comment puis-je régler ce problème ?

In your opinion, uninstalling and reinstalling Office may not cover your problem because it may be corruption of Office-specific keys in the registry. You can read the reset method in my first answer for Word and then reset Excel using the same method. To see if the problem can be fixed, the steps are as follows:

Reset Excel

• Press and hold Windows + R simultaneously , type regedit and press Enter;
• Take turns navigating to the following keys and renaming the word folder (right-click it and select Rename, for example by renaming Excel to Excelold) ;

        HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Excel
  
        HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Excel
  

• After completing the steps above, examine the solution of the problem or not.

Reset Word

• Press and hold Windows + R simultaneously , type regedit and press Enter;
• Take turns navigating to the following keys and renaming the Word folder (right-click it and select Rename, for example, rename Word to wordold) ;

        HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\word
  
        HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\word
  

• Click Start, enter %AppData%\Microsoft\Templates in Search programs and files, and then press Enter ;
• Delete files suffixed with .dotm, such as Normal.dotm;
• After doing the above, consider the solution of the problem or not
