Je ne peux plus accéder à Excel sur mon Mac : "Microsoft Excel a quitté de manière imprévue". Rien à faire pour l'ouvrir.

Les autres appli office sont OK

Message erreur ci dessous sans ouverture d'excès. Je ne trouve pas de dossier Containers sous Library...

Quelques précisions sur le contexte seraient bienvenues. En particulier la version d'Excel (voir via le menu "Excel" > "À propos de Microsoft Excel") et la version de macOS. Est-ce que le problème se pose avec un classeur en particulier ou est-ce le cas systématiquement, même lorsque tu cliques "à vide" su l'icône d'Excel dans le Dock ? Qu'observes-tu si tu lances Excel en tenant la touche "Majuscule" enfoncée ? Et si tu fais un test dans une session avec un nouveau compte utilisateur macOS, créé pour l'occasion ou le compte "Invité", par exemple, pour voir si les choses se passent différemment dans un contexte "propre" ?

Faute d'en savoir plus sur tout ça, et en attendant ces précisions, on peut toujours te suggérer d'aller dans le dossier ~/Bibliothèque/Containers et d'y supprimer le dossier "Microsoft Excel" qui s'y trouve :
