Bonjour,

J'ai créé un formulaire via Forms en donnant la possibilité aux collaborateurs de mon organisation de répondre à ce formulaire mais l'une de mes collaboratrice ne parvient pas à l'ouvrir.

Un message d'erreur suivant s'affiche.

Good day!!

Apologies for the inconvenience caused and please don’t worry, let’s work together on your concern and move towards a resolution path.

I understand your concern and to my knowledge, I believe you have share the Collect Response link of the Form by enabling “Only people in the organization can respond”. If yes, then I would like to convey that the response link with Only people in the organization can response the Form and they need to sign in with their internal Office 365 accounts.

So, if the user who is not part of the organization tries to access the Form response link which was set Only people in the organization respond, they will get the following error:

In this situation, I would like to suggest the problematic user to follow the below steps:

Open the Google Chrome browser> Click on the three dots at the top right> Click on the New Incognito window> Access the shared Forms link in the New Incognito window> Enter user Office 365 account details which part of your organization> Submit the responses.
