Problème de connexion à Teams et Outlook - Erreur 58tm1

Bonjour,

Dans notre environnement professionnel, deux utilisateurs rencontrent des difficultés pour se connecter à Teams et Outlook. L'erreur affichée est la suivante : 58tm1 .

J'ai effectué des recherches sur le Web, mais je n'ai pas trouvé de solution concluante.

Auriez-vous une idée de l'origine de ce problème ou une solution à proposer ?

This error is commonly encountered when users attempt to open Office applications or switch accounts. The error could be due to a network or DNS-related issue that’s preventing your device from connecting to Microsoft’s servers.

    To diagnose the problem more accurately, we need more information on the following to narrow down the issue and better assist you.

    1. Are both users experiencing the error on the same devices (e.g., desktop vs. mobile), or is it isolated to specific devices?
    2. Are other users in the organization able to connect to Teams and Outlook without issues, or is this limited to just these two users?
