Processus dans Microsoft 365 pour configurer des applications Office, entrer des clés de produit et activer des licences.
Hello Jérôme35
Good day and thanks for reaching out.
I know it must be frustrating to not find a straightforward solution after some searching online. Error 58tm1 with error code 214794203 indicates an issue with connecting to Outlook and Microsoft Teams, typically relating to authentication or permissions problems. This error is commonly encountered when users attempt to open Office applications or switch accounts. The error could be due to a network or DNS-related issue that’s preventing your device from connecting to Microsoft’s servers.
To diagnose the problem more accurately, we need more information on the following to narrow down the issue and better assist you.
- Are both users experiencing the error on the same devices (e.g., desktop vs. mobile), or is it isolated to specific devices?
- Are other users in the organization able to connect to Teams and Outlook without issues, or is this limited to just these two users?
- Have you used Sara tool to diagnose the issue? Analyser Outlook à l’aide de l’Assistant Support et récupération de Microsoft - Outlook
- Have you checked your DNS settings are correct and that the device is able to resolve Microsoft's domains properly? How to perform DNS health check on windows server 2019 - Microsoft Q&A
- Have you checked and cleared Cache or Reauthenticate?
- For Teams: Try clearing the Teams cache. You can do this by navigating to C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams and deleting all files in the cache folder.
- For Outlook: Try removing and re-adding the email account, or clear the Outlook cache by navigating to C:\Users\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook and deleting temporary files.
With this information, we'll be better equipped to determine the cause of the problem and guide you through possible troubleshooting steps. Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can find a solution together.
Thanks for your valuable time and cooperation.
Sincerely,
