2. Clear Web Browser Cache
As your email sending issue can be caused by a full cache history, try to clear it:
- Open your browser settings.
- Go to Privacy & Security > Clear browsing data.
- Select Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.
- Restart the browser and try sending email again.
3. Check Mail Storage in Outlook App (Windows)
Full Mail storage and be a basic element causing unable sending email, you can double check your mail storage by:
- Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
- Select your account > Click Data Files tab.
- Click Open File Location to view the size of your .ost or .pst file.
