Dear Gilles Solo,
Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum support.
I understand you are experiencing an issue where Microsoft Authenticator no longer displays saved passwords for certain websites. This is because Microsoft has retired the password autofill feature from the Authenticator app and moved it to Microsoft Edge.
To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
Use Microsoft Edge to Access Your Passwords
Microsoft Edge is now the official tool for password management.
- Open Microsoft Edge on your device.
- Type
edge://settings/passwordsinto the address bar and press Enter. - Sign in with your Microsoft account (if prompted).
- You will see your saved passwords listed there.
Please note that if you used Authenticator without signing into a Microsoft account, your passwords were stored locally and are no longer accessible due to the feature being retired. You will need to manually re-save those passwords in Edge going forward.
