Service d’hébergement et de synchronisation de fichiers Microsoft.
Hi Claire,
Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community. I'm sorry to learn that your OneDrive files were deleted from the OneDrive recycle bin. I'm here to help you further.
Are you using a personal, work, or school OneDrive account? If you've removed files from your OneDrive Recycle Bin and the ZIP file you downloaded is corrupted, your recovery options will depend on the type of OneDrive account you have.
Please keep the following in mind: For Personal Microsoft Accounts Regrettably, once files are deleted from the Recycle Bin, they are permanently lost and cannot be retrieved.
Microsoft does not maintain backups for personal OneDrive accounts beyond the Recycle Bin retention period (30 days).
For Work or School Accounts (Microsoft 365) There might still be hope: After deletion from the first-stage Recycle Bin, files are moved to the second-stage Recycle Bin (up to 93 days total).
For work or school accounts, deleted items are usually kept for 93 days, unless your administrator has established a different retention policy.
What You Can Do Now: Check Second-Stage Recycle Bin (if using a work/school account): Check the Second-Stage Recycle Bin (Work/School Accounts Only)
If you're using a Microsoft 365 work or school account, deleted files might still be in the second-stage recycle bin: Restore any available files. Restore OneDrive to a Previous Date (Microsoft 365 Subscribers)
If you’re a Microsoft 365 subscriber, you can revert your entire OneDrive to a previous state:
Go to OneDrive online. Click the gear icon > Options > Restore your OneDrive. Select a date prior to the deletion and follow the prompts. Check Your Local PC If the files were synced to your computer: Open the Windows Recycle Bin. Or check File History or System Restore if it’s enabled.
Scan computer drive Start the window, and you should select the data type such as images, videos, audio, email, documents, etc., and the location you wish to scan. After confirming that, click Scan to initiate a quick scan of your computer. You can monitor the scanning process.
