Problème installation à cause de mon wifi ?

Bonjour,
Je rencontre un problème pour l'installation des applications du windows store, cela m'arrive uniquement lorsque j'utilise un wifi précis de mon Bâtiment, c'est un wifi partagé dans le bâtiment ou je dois passer par un portail pour m'identifier, je ne rencontre aucun problème pour tout autres téléchargements sur internet ainsi que de problème de connexion. Qu'est ce qui fait qu'il y a erreur et que ce wifi bloque dans le windows store ? car quand je vais chez mes parents et que j'utilise leur wifi je ne rencontre aucun problème. Je n'utilise pas d'antivirus autre que windows defender aussi

Maybe a DNS change would help but I am not sure.

1. Press the Windows+R keys on the keyboard, or Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Run.

Type ncpa.cpl

Press Enter.

2. Right-click your device and select Properties.
3. Double click IPv4 options to open IPv4 properties.
4. Select the ""Use the following DNS servers"" radio box, and enter the following in the addresses.

1.1.1.1

1.1.2.2

5. Click OK and OK again.

Restart your computer.
