Hi there,
I’m Cherrelyn, and I’m here to help.
You're on the right track by disabling DNSSEC and adding the TXT record from Microsoft 365 to verify your .fr domain.
Please try these suggestion:
- In Microsoft 365 admin center, go to Settings > Domains, select Add domain, and complete verification.
- Skip setting up new mailboxes you’ll instead use this domain for aliases.
- Once added, go to each user's profile and add an email alias using the .fr domain (e.g., ******@yourdomain.fr).
- Ensure OVH DNS settings include proper MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records pointing to Microsoft 365, even if you don't plan to send mail from it now.
This way, users can receive emails to both .com and .fr addresses under the same inbox.
I hope this helps, and if you have any questions, feel free to reply to this post.
Warm regards,
Cherrelyn
