Compte outlook.fr non reconnu, et impossible de le recréer ("compte déjà existant")

Bonjour,

Je suis face à une impasse ces derniers temps concernant l'un de mes mails outlook.fr.

Chaque fois que je rentre l'adresse mail en question pour me conecter, je suis face à cette erreur.

"Ce nom d'utilisateur est peut-être incorrect. Assurez-vous de l'avoir tapé correctement. Dans le cas contraire, contactez votre administrateur."

Très bien, j'ai conc décidé d'efféctuer une récuperation de compte. Je rentre le même mail dans la rubrique "Récuperer mon compte" d'"Account Live Microsoft", et voici la nouvelle erreur:

"Essayez d'entrer de nouveau votre compte Microsoft. Celui-ci n'est pas reconnu."

"Pas de soucis." Disons que le compte n'existe plus et que je décide de le "recréer" pour voir l'issue (aux deux sens du termes) et le voici:

"Ce nom d’utilisateur est déjà utilisé. Essayez-en une autre ou utilisez l’une des options disponibles."

Sans compter que l'une des options disponibles est identiquement la même que le compte que je voulais "recréer".

J'ai comme l'impression que je fais face à une double impasse et que je suis juste piégé, sachant que beaucoup de comptes essentiels sont crées avec ce mail et qu'on me demande une vérification avec ce mail, et que je ne peuc pas récuperer mes comptes sans avoir vérifiés, avec ce foutu mail perdu et existant à la fois.

J'ai vraiment besoin d'une aide pour récuperer mon compte. Merci d'avoir lu entièrement et avoir pris en compte, et doublement merci si vous pouvez m'apporter une réponse.

It is possible sometimes that, the account name was misspelled. Double-check if you typed it incorrectly.

2. Find your account name from your Windows 10 PC or Xbox.

Check your Microsoft account names under Email & accounts.

Another method would be to open any Office 2016 or 2019 app and create a new document.

Click on the top left corner where it says File, then select Account.

You can see your Microsoft account name under User information or in the Product information section.

One last method would be to sign in to your email associated with your Microsoft account.

Then, check for previous emails from Microsoft.

The previous emails from Microsoft will show your account name.

3. Make sure you’re using the correct account type.

An account that your workplace or school provided may not have a Microsoft account associated with it. So, you might need to create a new Microsoft account.

Normal accounts can be used for logging in for one or more services, such as Outlook or Microsoft 365.
