Comment modifier courriel associé à abonnement?

Je n'ai plus accès à la suite Microsoft 365 depuis que mon compte Hotmail est bloqué. Je veux faire changer le courriel associé à mon abonnement. Que dois-je faire?

Je n'ai plus la clé associé au produit. Est-ce possible de parler `à quelqu'un? Je suis du Canada.

Microsoft 365 subscriptions can’t be transferred to another email address, so the best way forward depends on whether you still want to try recovering your Hotmail account.

Have you already tried going through the account recovery process, or would you still like to recover the account first? If not, I’d recommend starting there so you can regain access to your subscription without having to cancel it.

If you’ve already tried and decided not to recover the account, the best course of action would be to contact your bank to stop the recurring payments, then purchase a new subscription under a different account.
