New keyboard being weird

Question

Hello! So I just bought a brand new office keyboard (not wireless) like yesterday. I tested it for like half an hour it was fine and then its started being weird like when I hold w its spams w then stops then spams then stops and so on. Or when I press a key its either types it normally or double types or dont type. And this thing last for like few minutes [3min-10min] and then its goes for like 5min (the is estimated).

1 thing i did before this thing started happening is plugging a controller from the same brand (capsys) I dont know if that have to do with anything that is happening.

Its cant be liquid damage because I didnt hold any liquid next to it while using it

Also tried these solutions :

.Trying another usb port

.Filter key settings being off

.Changing keyboard repeat rate

Please help its frustrating to use it.

Hi!

The best way to isolate the issue is to use another keyboard or try that keyboard to another device, laptop or desktop. If you do the same test on another device we can prove whether the keyboard is defective or we need to troubleshoot your computer(if keyboard works on another device without issues)
