la lecture vocale de word lit mal les mots

bonjour, lors de la lecture vocale, par fois Word lit tr vail au lieu de travail, et des h umains de lieu de des humains etc, et d'autres mauvaise prononciations en français incorrect: exemple au lieu de lire penser, word lit paine ser etc. Comment faire pour avoir une lecture en bon français ? Quelque soit la voix choisie, c'est le même problème. Ou parfois c'est la prononciation avec l'accent ou prononciation à l'anglaise.

bonjour je ne comprends pas l'anglais et c'est trop long pour faire une traduction. Mais j'imagine que vous conseillez de tout mettre en français dans paramètre, c'était déjà fait ainsi et idem dans "langue" et "vérification" dans word.
A titre d'information dans "options" j'ai beau cliquer sur langue et puis français par défaut, mais Word lit toujours le texte en mauvaise prononciation française et prononce même certains mots avec une intonation anglaise, et autant d'erreurs sur les conjugaisons ou propositions de corrections.
Existe t-il un dictionnaire en bon français à installer à la place de celui présent dans Word ?
je précise aussi que dans "paramètres" de Windows 11 toutes les options "de langues" sont sur "français (france),

Here’s how you can set the proofing language in Word so it recognizes your text as French:

Update or change the French text-to-speech (TTS) voice in Windows:

Press Windows key + I to open Settings.

Go to Time & Language > Speech.

Under Manage voices, click Add voices.

Scroll the list, find French (France) (or another French variant like French (Canada)), and click Add.

Once installed, go back to the Voices section and choose the new French voice as your Default voice.
